During my tenure, I served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a large P & C company, an Underwriter, and as Director of Corporate Training. I developed an online training course for those in support staff roles to introduce them to the basic concepts of insurance terms. I was also responsible for writing Agent Bulletins whenever there were changes to the underwriting manual. As you can see, I have more than a passing knowledge on the subject.
